Nice work with the transcripts etc for the X-Files but maybe credit Bree Sharp for her song. It's not an X-Files song but from her album.

Hi
Tried to email this to you but got spam-filtered.
Re: your X files log: thank you and if you care about such minutia, in the episode entitled "All Souls" (5.17) The description of the "angels" with the 4 faces come from the first chapter of Ezekiel in the Bible; this is not so hard to figure out, but what Carter did that was so interesting to me is thet the original airing date of April 26 1998, corresponded to the day and month that Ezekiel gives as his date for writing his vision, namely
Ezekiel 1:1 "In the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the exiles by the Chebar canal, the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God."
Maybe you care and maybe not., but I remember figuring this out as I was watching the original airing of the episode- and when I came across your site I was reminded of it and thought "hey- here is someone that maybe I can tell this to"
Anyway, best regards

Hey :)
I just really needed to say that I'm really happy that you made all this info on the X-Files available. :)
After every episode I watch, I check here to read the notes and the quotes.
It's a pity I won't be able to do that anymore once I get past season 6. I hope you'll still put the rest of the notes and quotes on here as well.

I love this site! I was surfing for info on the sixth season of X-files where they went to Ivory Coast. I am really upset though. I used to live in the southeast on a lagoon near the beach (where we actually were regularly visited by aliens, I don't know how Chris Carter knew that, unless he read my final site reports)and they speak several Akan dialects, not Swahili. Swahili is only spoken in east Africa, like Kenya. What, is it a stereotype that all Africans speak Swahili? It comes from Arabic anyway, and has nothing whatsoever to do with Cote d'ivoire.
Q: How many members of the U.S.S. Enterprise does it take to change a
light bulb?
A: Seven. Scotty has to report to Captain Kirk that the light bulb in
the Engineering Section is getting dim, at which point Kirk will send
Bones to pronounce the bulb dead (although he'll immediately claim
that he's a doctor, not an electrician). Scotty, after checking
around, realizes that they have no more new light bulbs, and complains
that he "canna" see in the dark. Kirk will make an emergency stop at
the next uncharted planet, Alpha Regula IV, to procure a light bulb
from the natives, who, are friendly, but seem to be hiding something.
Kirk, Spock, Bones, Yeoman Rand and two red shirt security officers
beam down to the planet, where the two security officers are promply
killed by the natives, and the rest of the landing party is captured.
As something begins to develop between the Captain and Yeoman Rand,
Scotty, back in orbit, is attacked by a Klingon destroyer and must
warp out of orbit. Although badly outgunned, he cripples the Klingon
and races back to the planet in order to rescue Kirk et. al. who have
just saved the natives' from an awful fate and, as a reward, been
given all light bulbs they can carry. The new bulb is then inserted
and the Enterprise continues on its five year mission. Anonymous
